Pau Castle
Bitrthplace of Henri, King of France and Navarre, Pau castle was also the fortress of the vicounts of Béarn ; nine centuries of history. One of the biggest and most beautiful collections of tapestries outside of Paris. It features 96 items. Renaissance gardens.
The castle quater was completely re-structured in 16th , 18th and 19th centuries with paved streets.
Bernadotte Museum
Bitrthplace of Jean-Baptiste Bernadotte born in 1763. Brigadier-général in Napoléon’s army and then imperial marshall who becames the King of Swenden, Charles the XIVth.
Bernadotte’s descendants are still reigning in Stockholm.

Bétharram caves
20 km from Pau. Discovered in 1810. An underground free course of 2,8 km.
Ossau valley
One of the three big valleys of Béarn, 50 km from Rébénacq to the Portalet pass with varied landscapes, with the famous Peak du Midi d’Ossau (2884 m).
